In keeping with the theme of visiting our old haunts, we hit the beach for fun in the waves, BBQ Hot Dogs, a bond fire, and smores.

The weather again was perfect.
Even though the water was cold, the kids still got in and had a blast.
My whole extended family was there and we were the only group. We had the beach to ourselves. It was kind of fun being related to everyone at the beach!

The kids spent a lot of time digging in the sand as well.
The weather was perfect, the company was perfect, the water was fun, the food was good, and we even saw dolphins playing in the water. We could not have ordered a nicer day. As Grandpa would say, "It was a terrible day at the Beach!"
After the beach we went back to the hotel for pizza and some fun in the pool. Then again, after we put the kids to bed we met down in the room off the lobby to hang with my siblings and cousins till midnight. It was another fun day of playing hard.

Ha! I forgot about the dolphins. That was so rare to see so many right off shore like that. It really was a perfect day at the beach.
